I have received a Complaint from the Probate and Family Court in the mail, what do I do?
If you receive a Complaint from the Probate and Family Court, it means that you now have a case pending in that court. The court requires that you file an Answer to the Complaint. You must file your Answer within twenty days.

Our attorneys can meet with you anytime. Meetings are typically scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm; however, if you cannot meet during these hours, we will work with you to find a time that best fits your schedule.
