I have received a Complaint for the Probate and Family Court in the mail, what do I do?
If you receive a Complaint from the Probate and Family Court, it means that you now have a case pending in that court. The court requires that you file an Answer to the Complaint.

When can I meet with Ms. Gomes?
Ms. Gomes can meet with you any time. Meetings are typically scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm; however, if you cannot meet during these hours, we will work with you to find a time that best fits your schedule.
